A development for a mixed-use, 4-storey 91-unit development at 4 Ireland Road, Panmure, Auckland. The proposal is very successfully defining the intersection and reinforce the historic commencement of the town center proper on the eastern side of the intersection. The building will help to signal the regeneration potential of the center and complement the recently upgraded railway station in this respect. The development achieves a well-defined and positive statement including an external site perimeter, mixed facades including appropriately scaled recesses and shadow-lines.
