This project provides 11 new freehold townhouses on a 1,031m² site.

The development includes a mix of housing sizes, with larger family homes of around 110m² and more compact homes of approximately 70–80m².

The design focuses on making good use of the site while keeping each home practical and comfortable to live in. A mix of house types also allows the project to suit different household needs and price points.
